Gwen is the Founding Leader of The Johnson Team. As a native Iowan committed to her community and to her family, Gwen comes from a long line of hardworking ancestry. Farming and entrepreneurial spirit is what she grew up on. Gwen is a lifelong learner who enjoys the visionary aspects of what can be done, as well as creating them. Gwen is focused on living her best life - not only in her career, but also in spending time with her grandchildren. Gwen’s concept of a Team began in 1996 when she became a licensed REALTOR, after a career of helping others in social services. Gwen knew that in order to do an “amazing” job in helping to build wealth for her clients, she needed to develop a service model that was client-centered and service-oriented. “Clients need to see properties when it works for them, not when it is convenient for the REALTOR” is her motto. For that purpose, Gwen Johnson has developed a 24/7, Full Service Team model of listing and selling real estate.
