The Johnson Team is a concierge real estate team with Skogman Realty, serving buyers and sellers across the Iowa Corridor — Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, and Cedar Rapids.

Led by Gwen Johnson, Farrah Nelson and Keetyn Townsley, the team was built around a simple idea: real estate should feel like someone has already thought of everything. Instead of handing clients between departments, The Johnson Team keeps one point of contact through the entire process, backed by specialists for every step along the way — financing, inspections, and the vendor network that gets a home ready to list or move into.

That single-call approach works because of the team behind it. Gwen Johnson, Farrah Nelson andKeetyn Townsley are the licensed agents, Stephanae Bock (transaction coordinator & closing specialist), Josie Nelson (transaction coordinator assistant and marketing) and Ron Heck (sign/flyer updating)— a team built for coverage, not hand-offs. The Johnson Team also holds active membership in four separate MLS systems (Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Muscatine, and Southeast Iowa), giving clients visibility into listings most single-market agents never see.
